Très bon accueil. Seul point négatif le portail du parking ne s'ouvrait pas avec un code mais pour sortir ou rentrer il fallait appeler l'accueil.

In all the 11 years we have stayed here we have never had to pay a deposit. A security deposit of €150 was asked for when we knew nothing about it. The receptionist said the same had happened with other guests so she let us off. We always pay for secure parking and are given a key fob to open the gates to get in and out. This time, without being told in advance, we were told we would have to pay €100 for a deposit for the fob. The other option was to have to get out of your car, go to reception, and ask them to open the gate. If they were busy, you could be waiting for 10 minutes or more. Other times no one was in reception so they gave us a number for the safe in reception to get a fob, go outside and open the gate and then lock it back in the safe.......really wasn't happy with the ridiculous system they now run. On a positive note the staff were friendly and helpful, when they were available. It is so unfair that the receptionists have to deal with the back lash. So, sadly, we came away feeling we need to find another hotel for our go to.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. It is important to explain why we decided to ask our guests for a deposit. Indeed, since the pandemic we noticed an increase in discourteousness acts in our apartments and/or extreme rudeness towards our other clients and teams. We decided to put in place the depoisit system for the last couple of years and it wordked wonders. It is written on our website and all the booking platforms we work with that we ask for a deposit.
Regarding the parking pass, in the begining, we had a numerous number of passes so that each of our guest paying for parking would have they own, but they would constantly lose them or forget to give them back to us. For the last several years we had to work with one pass for the reception and our guests would have to go to the reception to have the gate open. We understood that it was a burdden for everyone so we ordered new passes. To ensure our guests would be careful not to lose their pass and to give them back to us, we also put in place a deposit system.
These actions are not meant to bother out guests but to actually ensure they have a peacful stay.

Très bien pour mon séjour, literie confortable.
Le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré, quand on arrive il y en a de partout sur les tables.

Globalement satisfait. Petit bémol propreté chambre et salle de bain. A la cuisine le compartiment freezer du réfrigérateur nécessitait d'être dégelé
