Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience during my two-night stay. Reason why I kindly requested a refund for my booking but never got an answer.

This is what happened:

Upon arriving at the hotel, I encountered an issue with the air conditioning in my room. Unfortunately, the AC was not functioning correctly, and despite efforts to fix it, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. As a result, I found it incredibly challenging to get any rest, and my sleep quality was severely affected.

Additionally, I approached the reception and requested an extra pillow, as the one provided was too high and caused discomfort. However, I was informed that there were no spare pillows available, leaving me with no option to improve my sleeping conditions.

Ali, the receptionist on duty, was very attentive and tried his best to resolve both the AC and pillow situation, but regrettably, the issues remained unresolved during my stay.

During my second night, Ali kindly provided me with another room. However, I had to wait until 22:30, which was inconvenient as I had an early morning Zoom meeting. Despite the change, the AC in the new room was only slightly better, and the room still felt uncomfortably warm. While I appreciate the effort to address the issue, it didn't fully resolve the problem, affecting my overall experience.

Given these unfortunate circumstances, I kindly requested the refund. I believe it is only fair as the amenities and comfort promised during my booking were not met.

大変よかったです。大満足ですが、清掃スタッフは、英語が話せないため、トイレットペーパーがなくなったり、コーヒーマイカーの故障に対応できませんでした。それが残念です。受付スタッフに言ったら、後で対応すると言いながら、結局、自分でさらに言わないといけませんでした。結局使えなかったコーヒーメイカーだけでなく、洗濯機の脱水ができないなど、不備の対応がもう少しでした。

全体的には、素晴らしいホテルだと思いますが、細かい設備の手入れやメンテナンスをお願いします。

Une des chambres était correcte, mais l’autre avait un odeur insupportable.
Le matin on a parlé aux personnel, et nous ont dit que c’était les égouts et qu’ils aller envoyer quelqu’un pour mettre le produit dans les canalisations…
La propreté des chambres à revoir en urgence.
