Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans l'hôtel de Lyon. Vu la grandeur de celui-ci , nous appréhendions les nuits et finalement, c'était plutôt calme . Par contre, il faudrait revoir la vaisselle car les tasses étaient ébréchées et le frigo avait la porte du freezer cassée.

We stayed one night instead of 2 and i was happy about that. Didnt feel confortable at all with my baby and toddler in this place because of some obvious confort and cleaness problems.

Please accept our apologies if the apartment was not cleaned properly. It is indeed unacceptable. We have forwarded your comment to the appropriate services and the residence's team will be briefed again on our sanitary and cleaning protocols. Regarding the equipment, you were in a renovated apartment so everything but the kitchen and the closet doors was renovated just like in the apartment shown in the pictures. We're taking note that you found the pictures did not show this aspect well enough.
The sofa bed should have been comfortable since it was renewed; we're going to check if there is any issue with it.
