Convenient stay, no complaints. It was great to have a small kitchenette in the room and ample space to move.

I have never experienced such horrible conditions in the entire world. Horribly dirty room that we started cleaning within the first few hours of checking in. Unscrupulous, illiterate, rude staff both at reception and in the dining room. Terribly poor breakfast at a very high price, even though we paid for it on the last day, we didn't use it. Towels in the rooms were changed once a week. In short, stay away from this so called hotel. It is a disgrace to for Lyon.
