Hôtel bien placé car près du vieux port mais chambre sans charme et bas de gamme et sans aucune vue. Lannonce est trompeuse.

Le logement a convenu à nos attentes pour notre séjour. Un point à améliorer, la difficile maitrise du système d'air conditionné : impossible de l'arrêter, même après un arrêt volontaire, la climatisation redémarre automatiquement après environ 1/4 d'heure, nous n'avons jamais eu la sensation de maitriser la température dunlogemewnt, trop fraiche à notre goût.

Magnifique séjour au cœur de la ville de Marseille

Overall the location was the main factor very central close to everything. Excellent value for money.
The downside was the broken fridge and the lack of action on this by staff. The first staff member alerted to this did not make a note of our issue and the second day of the issue we were told again that the technician would be there in the morning. This was not resolved by the end of our stay. So we had no fridge for 4 out of the 7 days we stayed, which was a shame because the availability of the fridge was a factor in us choosing this hotel.

The toilet seat which was broken and difficult to use due to the crack, was never fixed. All the dirty things previously were never cleaned.
The receptionist had to assist in cleaning some kitchen equipment so we could cook with clean things.
Smoke alarm or fire alarm not present in flat. Completely illegal.
Broken and dirty floor meant that shoes had to be worn at all times in the flat for fear of hurting oneself.
Want compensation as this was not as described.
