Overall the location was the main factor very central close to everything. Excellent value for money.
The downside was the broken fridge and the lack of action on this by staff. The first staff member alerted to this did not make a note of our issue and the second day of the issue we were told again that the technician would be there in the morning. This was not resolved by the end of our stay. So we had no fridge for 4 out of the 7 days we stayed, which was a shame because the availability of the fridge was a factor in us choosing this hotel.

The toilet seat which was broken and difficult to use due to the crack, was never fixed. All the dirty things previously were never cleaned.
The receptionist had to assist in cleaning some kitchen equipment so we could cook with clean things.
Smoke alarm or fire alarm not present in flat. Completely illegal.
Broken and dirty floor meant that shoes had to be worn at all times in the flat for fear of hurting oneself.
Want compensation as this was not as described.

Disapointed that normal room cleaning is not done until you leave.

After reading your comment, we believe it is important to point out that we are not a hotel, we are an apartment hotel. The concept of apartment hotels is that guests enjoy complete independence and privacy as the residence staff does not enter our guests' flats during their stay and thanks to the kitchenettes in the flats. However, we do offer a "hotel service" option at an additional cost which includes daily cleaning of the apartment.

If this is a kind of a accomodation you'd enjoy again on your next vacation, we would be delighted to welcome you again in one of our 20 residences in France.

Hôtel à proximité du Vieux Port, chambre propre et spacieuse avec une grande terrasse, nous avons eu la chance dêtre surclassées. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Petit déjeuner top. Je recommande cet établissement.
