Bon hôtel dans lensemble, rapport qualité/prix trop cher (on paye la proximité du vieux-port) , et un peu bruyant.
Mais rien a dire sur laccueil à lhôtel, personnel très gentil.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We're happy to read you enjoyed our central location. Regarding our reception, some of our receptionists do speak English; they might have been on leave during your stay.
In regards to the freezer, the only way to defrost it is to turn off the fridge and wait for the ice to melt. If we did this during your stay, you would not have been able to use the fridge. This is why we chose to wait for the end of your stay to defrost the freezer.

Great. Only there for 1 night in between apartments, let me store my bags before check-in. Friendly and helpful staff. Good experience!
