Localisation OK,
Service sans aucun luxe, plutôt basique,
Environnement intérieur limite : travaux en cours et matériel dans le chemin ou gênant la porte des escaliers, casiers de linge jamais rangés...
Immeuble trop sombre, donc travaillez sur les éclairages, bien trop limités aujourd'hui (vrai aussi dans l'escalier)

Ottimale. La posizione è favorevole per potersi muovere e visitare la città. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione. Ampia camera. Da consigliare

Appalling. I was genuinely shocked and have never experienced such an uncomfortable and unpleasant place to stay, nor such lack of care on the part of staff, with the exception of the receptionist and a two understanding maintenance men.

Regarding the lack of cleaning, rest assured that measures have already been taken to ensure that this does not happen again.

We confirm that at the time of the inspection, the heating was working properly and that the wire was properly connected. For greater comfort and safety, we called in our technician for an additional check and everything is now in order.

For greater comfort, we have installed new machines compatible with classic commercial capsules. Unfortunately, we were out of stock and were unable to offer them to you directly at reception. The only solution was therefore to purchase them yourself. This malfunction has been resolved, and we are now able to respond to any request.

We would be delighted to welcome you again to demonstrate our commitment to satisfying our customers and improving on a daily basis.
