Location is perhaps the best attribute of Residhotel. My experience was disappointing. I believe that if I had the chance, I would not go back to Residhotel in Marseille.

Dear Guest,

We are sorry to read that your stay did not live up to your expectations.

We apologize for the shortcomings in your room, this is exceptional and a reminder has already been made to our housekeeper.

The hotel package is an extra, if you need daily recouche, otherwise it's the residential package included in the price with end-of-stay cleaning only.
As you pointed out, we're very well placed, right in the center of the Old Port, our prices are very competitive and following your concerns, reception made you a commercial gesture.

We look forward to welcoming you back for another great experience.

Best Regards,
