Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast, and there is parking possibilities for extra fee.

Bien, hôtel bien situé près du centre ville et d'un arrêt de tram pour venir de la gare.

Beliggenheden er rigtig god, men desværre blev opholdet væsentligt påvirket af den kraftige støj fra gaden, som var meget generende.
Derudover var rengøringsservicen utilstrækkelig. Der blev ikke udført regelmæssig rengøring, og sengetøjet blev først skiftet efter en uge. Affaldsposen blev desuden efterladt på værelset i hele denne periode uden at blive fjernet, hvilket ikke lever op til en acceptabel standard for hygiejne og komfort.
Disse forhold bør forbedres betydeligt for at sikre en bedre oplevelse for gæsterne.

We are sorry to read that your stay was affected by noise from the street and that certain aspects of the housekeeping service did not meet your expectations.

We would like to kindly remind you that our establishment operates as an aparthotel, and not a traditional hotel, which means that our services and operating procedures are slightly different. All of this information is clearly specified on our booking platforms as well as within the apartment.

In particular, housekeeping is included from the 7th night of stay. However, additional intermediate cleaning services can be requested at an extra cost during the stay. We also provide dedicated waste disposal areas accessible to all guests, allowing you to dispose of your rubbish at any time during your stay. These instructions are also clearly indicated inside the apartment.
