Dear Khalikyan,

Thank you for your rating and for taking the time to share your feedback 👍🏼

We would simply like to clarify that our establishment is a serviced residence, rather than a traditional hotel. Our operation is therefore somewhat different, particularly when it comes to housekeeping services.

The housekeeping arrangements and frequency are clearly explained in the information and description of our residence at the time of booking. It is possible that this information may have been overlooked when making your reservation.

Nevertheless, we hope you enjoyed your stay with us and would be delighted to welcome you again in the future.

Kind regards,
Vanessa
