Great satisfaction. The cleanliness in the entrance hall was not perfect (probably due to construction work) and the breakfast, which was very tasty by the way, was not completely replenished during my stay. But these are just minor things.

Très bien, chambre neuve et propre. Travaux dans les couloirs et à l'étage mais je n'ai pas été embêtée

je ne reviendrais pas malgre pas cher/hyper centre.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié notre emplacement en centre-ville ainsi que l’accueil de notre équipe.

Nous sommes en revanche sincèrement désolés pour les nuisances que vous avez rencontrées, notamment les odeurs de tabac, qui ne sont absolument pas acceptables dans notre établissement. Votre remarque a été transmise afin que des vérifications soient effectuées, notamment au niveau du système de ventilation.

Nous prenons également en compte vos commentaires concernant le petit-déjeuner, nous vous informons que le lait de soja était bien présent sur le buffet.

Enfin, concernant la présence en réception, celle-ci est effectivement limitée en soirée (étant un appart hôtel), mais nous restons joignables via notre astreinte en cas de besoin.

Nous vous présentons nos excuses pour ces désagréments et vous remercions pour vos remarques, qui nous permettent de nous améliorer.
