I am a regular (VIP) customer and come regularly with family members. I have absolutely no problems with staff or cleanliness or comfort of the bed. However my husband is large and needs working surfaces as I do. I was in Mulhouse on my own this time and the minimal surface of the wardrobe surface and the shelf under the TV in room 410 was infuriating. I tried to explain to Vanessa who might get me a table if I come again. I cannot come with my husband as he will have to have more surfaces.
