We had an issue on our 3rd day is that a wrong room was given to us by fault and we were asked to be changed our room even we were not in our rooms. The staff was very nice in general but for this reason they called us 3 times to move us to another one in order to have our room. Lastly, they solved the issue without touching or entering room but it really annoyed us. This is the 1st time in my life that I come across such a bad experience. Apart from that, the room was ok, warm and the location was superb.
