Our experience was bad. We reserved a baby bed and when we visited the hotel, there was no baby bed. They couldn't find it. So they could not help us. We had a terrible night, because our baby was crawling around the bed, and waking up all the time. The room was not clean (bath) and the electrical outputs where not working. The next morning we complained about this and asked for a free breakfast, but the girl at the counter said she was not allowed.
We are sorry to read that your stay was not satisfactory.
Baby cots are lent out according to availability, but unfortunately there were none available that evening.
We can assure you that the bathtub was clean, it's just wear and tear, but please know that your comment was read by our general housekeeper and that a solution has since been found.
