Ideal für mittel-/langfristige Aufenthalte, da eine Miniküche und ein Kühlschrank vorhanden sind.

There was no one we could contact because the lady at the reception did not speak English.

The hair dryer is a huge problem. It made our day miserable.

The towels and trash can in the room should be changed every two days. There were no towels when we requested them.

Hotel slippers should be provided to wear in the room. You can't walk in socks because the room is not cleaned.

It was a pleasure, the hotel is in center of the city at 2 minutes of the Place de la Reunion and 5-10 minutes of the Mulhouse Central Station. The room was clean and spacious but it deserves an upgrade. The breakfast was good with fresh products.

Purtroppo le camere sono un po' datate! Necessitano di un po' di manutenzione.
Il parcheggio è proibitivo, strettissimo bisogna fare diverse manovre e la salita per uscire è rapidissima e le ruote girano a vuoto. Molto pericoloso!
Il lavandino del bagno era otturato, fatto presente in reception dicendo che lo facevano sistemare in giornata, ma sono passati 4 giorni e il lavandino è rimasto otturato!
C'è la macchina del caffè ed il bollitore ma non ci sono nè cialde ne bustine per fare niente.
L'unica cosa positiva è la posizione veramente strategica a pochissimi metri dal centro.

À part l'emplacement et un petit déjeuner "correct", je ne vois pas d'autres points positifs à cet hébergement

Je suis un client régulier des hôtels, mais la réservation chez vous a été simple sur internet, mais très compliquée quand il a fallu ajouter une nuit par téléphone.
Beaucoup de jeunes à l'accueil sans expérience qui font des erreurs et malheureusement, c'est un irritant important durant le séjour.
