Die Dame an der Rezension war nett und hat selbst gerochen, wie unerträglich es gestunken hat. Wir sind nicht geblieben, nach 3 Zimmerbesichtigungen (ca 30Min) abgereist und haben weder für die Übernachtung, noch fürs Frühstück- was wir alles nicht in Anspruch genommen haben - Geld zurück bekommen.
We are sorry to read that your stay was not up to your expectations.
Certainly our team noticed a problem of smell in the first room, but then they proposed you other accommodation and it is you who decided to leave the residence whereas solutions were proposed to you. And it is for this reason that the refunding room with breakfast could not be accepted. Contrary to the parking space which was refunded on the spot.
But please note that the technical problems you describe do not reflect the usual quality standards of our establishment and we are already doing what is necessary to ensure that this does not happen again.
We look forward to welcoming you again, here in Mulhouse or in one of our 20 residences in France.
