El general la experiencia fue genial! En general la habitación es muy antigua pero por el precio estaba perfecto!

We had an issue on our 3rd day is that a wrong room was given to us by fault and we were asked to be changed our room even we were not in our rooms. The staff was very nice in general but for this reason they called us 3 times to move us to another one in order to have our room. Lastly, they solved the issue without touching or entering room but it really annoyed us. This is the 1st time in my life that I come across such a bad experience. Apart from that, the room was ok, warm and the location was superb.

Je ne mange jamais de petit dej. Et 12 euro pour deux espresso.... C'est cher qm

Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour et sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la localisation, l’accueil, le confort de votre chambre ainsi que le rapport qualité-prix.

Concernant le petit-déjeuner, nous proposons effectivement un buffet complet et généreux, composé de produits sucrés et salés, chauds et froids. Dans le cas où vous souhaitez uniquement consommer des boissons chaudes comme des expressos, il est en effet plus avantageux de les commander à la carte directement à la réception.

Nous prenons également bonne note de votre remarque concernant l’équipement de la kitchenette afin d’améliorer encore le confort de nos appartements.

Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau lors d’un prochain séjour à Mulhouse.

Everything was great. The apartment was very comfortable and cozy, exactly as shown in the photos. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, close to everything. Highly recommended.

Die Lage des Hotels und der gesamt Eindruck ist wirklich okay. Wenn man kein großen Luxus erwartet.
Das mit dem Parken ist natürlich ungünstig. Da es vor der Tür ab 4 Stunden 40€ kostet. Da muss man halt weiter weg parken.
Mulhouse ist total schön!!
