Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the location of our residence.
Regarding the deposit, as explained to all our guests upon arrival, the kitchenette must be cleaned, dishes put away, and trash taken to the designated disposal area. This was not followed during your stay. Additionally, each studio is equipped with an informational sheet specifying the amounts that may be retained in case of non-compliance with the rules. At no point was the deposit withheld due to cigarette use.
You also mentioned that cleaning was not done. Please note that we are a residence and not a hotel: weekly cleaning is included and free only after the 7th night of stay, as clearly indicated on all our booking platforms. If you wish, daily cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
Finally, regarding breakfast, we were surprised by your comment as we did not experience any product shortages and usually receive very positive feedback on this service.
