Pas emballé. Pourtant, la taille et l'emplacement sont vraiment bien. Mais la propreté, le bruit de la rue même fenêtre fermée font que je ne suis pas certain de revenir malgré mes nombreux aller-retours à Mulhouse.

Très satisfaite de mon séjour. La seule chose à améliorer c'est la douche qui déborde très vite à cause du rideau. Je reviendrai sans aucun doute.

Avevo fatto prenotazione con Groupon e mia sorella aveva prenotato direttamente con lalbergo. Mia sorella ha ricevuto la comunicazione per gli arrivi tardivi ma io niente. Poi a mia sorella è stata assegnata una camera già occupata. È entrata con la chiave nella camera da letto e ha trovato altre personne! Aveva prenotato per un appartamento con 2 stanze avendo 3 figli... alla fine si è trovata a dividere la famiglia.. marito e figlio in una stanza e lei nellaltra! Poi domenica mattina Lascensore che non va... al quinto piano abbiamo dovuto fare tutto a piedi con i bimbi. Bref un incubo unico

When you booked your apartments through Booking.com your card did not go through so our team re-booked your stay directly on our booking platform. Since you were going to arrive after check-in hours, we implemented our free late check-in option that requires us to charge your card for the first night of the stay. A payment was made for the first room but unfortunately not for the second one. The residence's manager knew you and your family were to arrive that night so he stayed available until you arrived. He was able to give you access to 2 apartments even though only one was confirmed.
As for the elevator, we are surprised by your comment; it works perfectly and worked perfectly during your stay as well.
