Gerne wieder

Dear Guest,

We're sorry about the dysfunctions that occurred with your reservations. When you booked your apartments through Booking.com your card did not go through so our team re-booked your stay directly on our booking platform. Since you were going to arrive after check-in hours, we implemented our free late check-in option that requires us to charge your card for the first night of the stay. A payment was made for the first room but unfortunately not for the second one. The residence's manager knew you and your family were to arrive that night so he stayed available until you arrived. He was able to give you access to 2 apartments even though only one was confirmed.
As for the elevator, we are surprised by your comment; it works perfectly and worked perfectly during your stay as well.

We hope we will welcome you again for a better experience.
Kind regards,
Emma, Service Qualité
