ResidHotel Mulhouse Centre

Not a very positive experience given that I got a bad allergy from the air conditioning filters that were not cleaned and my cousin and her family got a bad cold from sleeping in the cold room (which used to be a balcony and got converted into a room later on). The personnel from the reception (the black lady - I am not a racist! just did not catch her name) was not very nice or helpful - luckily the guy with curly hair managed to step in and help. All in all, I would not chose this place again if I will be back in Mulhouse and I would not recommend it to my friends.

Na jednu noc to stačí… Pokud bych měl pobyt na více nocí, volil bych jiný hotel.

Rapport qualité prix ok. Dans la mesure où la chambre ne m'a servi qu'à dormir et prendre une douche c'est ok. Pour un séjour plus long jamais je ne viendrai chez vous.

Expérience Satisfaisante. Prix correct mais appartement méritant une rénovation.

Ideal für mittel-/langfristige Aufenthalte, da eine Miniküche und ein Kühlschrank vorhanden sind.

There was no one we could contact because the lady at the reception did not speak English.

The hair dryer is a huge problem. It made our day miserable.

The towels and trash can in the room should be changed every two days. There were no towels when we requested them.

Hotel slippers should be provided to wear in the room. You can't walk in socks because the room is not cleaned.
