Dear Lone,

We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations.

The issues you mentioned (mold, leaks under the sink, cleanliness) do not meet the standards we strive to maintain. Your feedback has been forwarded to our technical department and housekeeping team for review and immediate correction.

We also regret that our receptionist's attitude was perceived as disinterested. This point will also be reviewed internally, as welcoming our guests is a priority.

We thank you for taking the time to share these comments and look forward to providing you with a better experience in the future.

Sincerely,
