ResidHotel St Etienne Centre

Très bien , agréable

The staff were lovely but there was a lot of work being done on our floor, presumably to prepare for the Olympics, so the hallway and lift were very dusty. I was quite surprised on arrival to learn that I had booked and paid for two apartments instead of a two roomed apartment, but when I checked my receipt I saw that it was my error so I did not mention it. Maybe this needs to be clearer on Expedia? I booked a while ago and can't remember how I could have made the mistake.

Très bonne expérience, apparthotel propre, bien aménagé et bien situé. L'accueil est très agréable.

Simple but cozy hotel, a little rough around the edges. Shower flooded on one day, but staff was quick to help. We did have to hunt down the cleaner ourselves to give her the old towels and get new ones. The only elevator was often in the use of the staff and a couple of times we had to take the stairs (hotel also happened to have some renovation going on during our stay, so this may not be the norm). Overall an ok experience with some minor hiccups.
