I left after 30 mins and didn't come back.

Your description of the room and cleanliness falls far short of our usual standards, and we will immediately investigate these issues to ensure that they do not recur in the future.

Regarding the room, it appears that there was a misunderstanding at the time of booking, and we apologize if the room configuration did not meet your expectations.
