Una pesadilla, he llamado varias veces para reclamar mi dinero (150€) y siempre me dan largas diciéndome que la devolución está hecha.

Dear Maria,

We did return your deposit on the day of your departure.
The security deposit is a bank pre-authorisation, which we close/unblock on the day of departure, after checking the apartment.
The banks then take over, and in some cases it may take several days for the deposit to appear in the bank account, or even not at all. Please contact your bank.
