Nice mini apartment in a very central position! Liked everything about it, really nice customer care. My only advice would be to provide the bed with more than 2 cuscions.

Hébergement agréable, petit déjeuner appréciable (sucré et salé). Le personnel est à notre écoute et très aimable et souriant.

Petit déjeune trop cher pour ce que c’est.

My experience here was disappointing. Firstly, the aparthotel was further away from the city then i expected. It was situated in a suburban area that was remote from the shops (about 1km walk away). The lift went out of order on the night after i checked in. I had a large suitcase up to 28kg and i was staying on the 3 rd floor. I was checking out at 4.30am the following morning. I was with injury (fractured rib) and i was expected to carry my 28kg down the 3 flights of stairs. When i asked when the lift will get fixed, the reception said we dont know. They had placed a call, but had no idea when they would come. When I explained my situation, she said there are elderly people that are more important than me. There was little compassion or interest in my situation. And there was no suggestion for a solution other than i would just have to manage on my own. Would i stay here again? No. Not close to shops. The food option provided in the aparthotel is very bad. Best to eat out and bring food in instead of ordering what they have on offer. Didnt feel safe walking back at night on my own (at 9pm). Limited Reception assistance.

We help our clients when we can but being closed from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. we weren't able to help you carry your luggage at 4:30 a.m. All our clients are important to us.
