C'était très sympathique , même si le petit déjeuner manquait un peu de choix le reste est parfait

Hôtel bien situé mais quelques rafraîchissements pourraient améliorer l'expérience globale.

Cela doit faire 4 fois que je vais chez cet hôtel à Toulouse et c’est toujours un plaisir d’aller chez eux. Je recommande a 100%

Overall, I liked the location and the cleanliness of the room. Everything else needs to be changed because the impression remains very bad. We booked a late checkout, the reception told us that on Sunday it would be possible to stay until 2:00 PM. But in fact, at 12:00 PM, the cleaner came and started telling us that he needed to clean now and we had to vacate the room, we said that we had booked a late check-out. After that, he left, but after 15 minutes, a receptionist came and said that we had to leave the room at 1:00 PM. We said that we had a late check-out until 2:00 PM, but he said that not until 1:00 PM, otherwise he would call the police and they would not return our 100 euro deposit. If we had known, we would not have paid 25 euros for a late check-out. Just a terrible situation!!!!

Studio très bien placé et agréable, personnel disponible, je recommande.

Satisfait du sejour, de l’accueil et des prestations

Globalement correct mais quelques dosettes de café et sachets de the seraient un minimum dans l accueil que l on porte au client
