Le personnel mon bien accueilli, très respectueux et bienveillant, souriant. Je suis très satisfait de mon premier expérience dans cette hôtel, et je recommande à 100%. La chambre et très grande, pour 2 personnes franchement je recommande fortement.

Good experience with accommodation, but the hotel staff are very unfriendly, to the point that it makes you want to cancel the reservation and look for another place.
The two people we spoke to at reception didn't even want to talk, it seemed like for them to answer a question would be death for them.
And they also take a long time to do the refunds, we haven't received them yet.
