Veniamo qui ogni anno da almeno venti anni e anche se questo anno le camere sono state un po’ migliorate c è sempre qlc di rotto, mia mamma nel suo appartamento aveva porta per accesso terrazza rotto, manopola della piastra cucina rotto,nel mio appartamento la luce della camera non funzionava, le prese per caricare il cellulare nemmeno. Poi in un appartamento una chiave sola è poco, scomodo se si deve uscire a orari diversi nn si può rientrare! E la reception è aperta troppo poche ore, il servizio non è il massimo.
We are sorry to reckon your experience wasn't the best. However, as an aparthotel we have opening hour for our reception since we do not offer same services as an hotel.
Also, we can confirm that we only propose functionnal apartments and it is very important to alert on-site teams when you encounter any problems so that they can intervene quickly.
