We are sorry to read your comment, but it seems a bit excessive. It is true that our residence is not new but it is pleasant with large rooms and a large balcony. It is ideally located, close to the beaches and shops, which can indeed generate some noise. As far as the cleaning is concerned, we regret that you did not inform us of your remarks when you were in the residence, we could have had our team intervene.
At last, regarding our opening hours, it is important to explain that we ar not a hotel but a hotel residence, and as suche, just like many apart hotels, we are not open 24H a day. This information is clarly noted on our website and indicated to the travel agencies working with us.
