Very nice. We enjoyed the pool, the restaurant, the bar, and of course the view!

Etant déjà venu , j attendais un peu mieux pour la chambre. 320.- pour une nuit dans cette chambre minuscule etait une grande déception.
Le spa fermé jusquq 15 heure a fait que nous en avons juste profiter en arrivant mais le jour du depart on aurait bien passé un moment au spa encore ..
La derniere fois c etait ouvert le matin.
Ayant choisi votre hotel surtout pour le spa voila encore une deception.
Les personnes a la reception ont ete elles tres aimables ! Merci

Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que votre séjour n'a pas répondu à vos attentes, notamment en ce qui concerne la taille de la chambre et les horaires du spa. Pour que nos clients puissent se faire une idée de la taille de la chambre avant la réservation, tout est bien documenté par des photos et un plan de la chambre. Si les clients ne sont pas satisfaits de leur chambre pendant leur séjour, nous sommes toujours prêts à trouver une solution appropriée. Le spa ouvre tous les jours à 15 heures. Une piscine est ouverte à partir de 8 heures. Les jours de mauvais temps, nous ouvrons le SPA plus tôt, peut-être était-ce le cas lors de votre dernier séjour. Néanmoins, nous sommes toujours prêts à ouvrir une partie du spa plus tôt si vous le souhaitez. Notre équipe de réception est toujours prête à répondre aux souhaits de nos hôtes.

Nous sommes sûrs de pouvoir vous convaincre de la qualité de nos services lors d'un nouveau séjour.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und uns fehlte es an Nichts. Kann dieses Resort jedem weiterempfehlen. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal da.

Sehr gemütlich und entspannend.
Schönes Zimmer und toller Wellnessbereich.
Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche übrig.
Wie jedesmal – wir kommen gerne wieder.

Another enjoyable stay at La Ginabelle Resort, conveniently located just 5-min away from Sunnegga entrance.
Rooms are well equipped, modernly furnished (Altiana), clean and comfortable.
We very much enjoyed relaxing in the wellness area, which provides all that is needed.
The restaurants, with very friendly staff and tasty dishes allow for a nice end of the day.
Lastly, the kids club offers great care and entertainment for kids.
