Excellent! The hotel staff was always attentive, approachable, and welcoming. From the beginning phase of asking questions online to complete the booking to the end of the journey of our stay, the front desk staff was very helpful and attentive.
The room was always clean and made by the time we got back from skiing. The wellness area was always clean and not super crowded and we loved the pool jets positioned at different heights to massage different parts of the body that were in much pain after a day of skiing - so amazing job at that!
The breakfast food at the restaurant was top-notch, my boyfriend loved the juicer and now he's considering buying one for our small New York City apartment! The fondue at Melt was fantastic, and the bar cocktails were also very good accompanied by the lovely lady playing the piano in the afternoons.
