Overall the stay was excellent. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is located close to the main train station and is easy walking distance to downtown. We had a balcony with a perfect view of the Matterhorn. The room was spacious with a very nice sized bathroom as well. We used the pool every night, it is absolutely amazing. It is an indoor/outdoor pool that is heated year round, so you can go in it anytime with a view of the Matterhorn. There are two big hot tubs that are nice to use as well, especially after a day of skiing. Lastly, if you stay here (or even if you don't) I highly recommend going to the bar downstairs to get drinks. The bartender Diyan had created some signature cocktails, and I have to say they are the best drinks I’ve ever had. He talked with me about what types of alcohol I like and what flavors I enjoy and I was amazed every time with how good the drinks were. If I ever go back to Zermatt, even if I don’t stay at this hotel (which I probably will) I will definitely stop by for a drink at the bar.

Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Der Wellnessbereich war hervorragend, das Essen ein Genuss und der Chef als auch die Bediensteten waren alles sehr, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns sehr gut erholt. Ein perfekter Urlaub.

Aufmerksames Personal, vom abholen bis zum zurückbringen an den Bahnhof hat alles einwandfrei geklappt, Personal an der Reception ebenfalls sehr freundlichen und aufmerksam. Ebenso das Service Personal wie bereits oben beschrieben.

Jedesmal ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Das Personal an der Rezeption, wie auch im Restaurant und im Wellnessbereuch sehr afreu dlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wunderschöner Wellnessbereich mit sehr tollen Aussenbecken. Zimmer sehr sauber und gemütlich. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und gutes Essen am Abend.
