Every detail was well thought out and executed. We travel a lot and this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in in all respects. Beautiful design, excellent breakfast, great location!

We all much appreciated the welcome and service both before and after chek-in. Clean and spacious rooms, very friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and a very nice SPA. All members of our traveling group was impressed! Thank you for giving us a wonderful time in Zermatt and a special thanks to Dajana for helping us reach the hotel when our car broke down! I hope to visit you again soon!

War wie immer sehr schön! Viele neue Mitarbeiter, welche sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam waren.
Trotz wenig Deutschkenntnissen hat es mit der Verständigung tiptop geklappt, da sich die Mitarbeiter mit Charme und ihrer schnellen Lernfähigkeit super geschlagen haben!
