My stay was excellent. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, making it easy to explore the area and reach the main attractions. The staff were always kind, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay.

The only aspect I feel worth mentioning concerns the SPA area. Although there are clear signs indicating that after 4:00 PM access is restricted to adults only, during one of the days of my stay, several children remained in the SPA well beyond this time (until 8:00 PM), disrupting the relaxing atmosphere with loud noises and shouting. While this is also a matter of guest behavior, I believe a bit more oversight from the staff could help ensure the rules are respected.

Aside from this minor inconvenience, everything else was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

Just amazing as always! We won't stay anywhere else in Zermatt. The details that are thought through in all areas of the hotel and perfect. Staff is so helpful and friendly. The helpful, professional culture is obvious that all employees seem to share. We just love the Altiana rooms and the 2 bedroom unit we had this last trip was so incredibly comfortable and beautiful. And the spa is such a huge draw for us to keep coming back. This was our 5th visit and we loved it! Thank you once again for a wonderful experience for us!

Es war einfach top. Auch dass wir am Abreisetag noch baden durften, haben wir sehr, sehr geschätzt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder nach Zermatt und werden auch wieder bei Ihnen übernachten, da es nichts zu verbessern gibt. Das warme Pool fanden wir auch sehr, sehr toll. Das Zimmer war super schön.

Vielen Dank für Ihre tolle Bewertung! Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass Ihnen der warme Pool, das schöne Zimmer und die Möglichkeit am Abreisetag nochmals Baden zu gehen in bester Erinnerung bleiben.

War sehr angenehm. Einfach dass kein Walliserdeutsch mehr gesprochen wird ist etwas schade. Aber ich weiss schon, ist schwierig Personal zu finden.

Le spa était magnifique et le petit déjeuner excellent. Comme nous courrions le marathon de Zermatt, l’hôtel a été très arrangeant en ouvrant le petit déjeuner à 6:00 du matin 🙏 et la récupération dans le spa après la course était fantastique 🤩

Nuestra estancia ha sido increíblemente confortable. Hemos estado en uno de los apartamentos y todo nos ha parecido fantástico: limpieza impecable, comodidad de las instalaciones, vistas increíbles del Cervino, magnífica piscina, muy buen desayuno, etc. Pero si hay algo que nos ha parecido inmejorable es la amable atención del personal, empezando por la inmensa amabilidad de Trinidad en recepción, que nos ayudó muchísimo en un momento de duda por los problemas de acceso o siguiendo por Annabella, siempre atenta en el desayuno y siempre con una sonrisa.
