Molto molto bello! Camera eccezionale, albergo molto bello, Titolare molto attivo, presente, cordiale e disponibile. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Spa fantastica, tutto perfetto!

Wunderschönes Hotel. Sehr aufmerksame, hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Und sehr sauber. Gibt in unseren Augen absolut nichts Negatives zu sagen.

Super schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf das Matterhorn. Mehrere Pools, sehr schöne Anlage, mitten in Zermatt. Leckeres Essen, erstklassiger Service.
Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir spontan für nächstes Jahr wieder für eine Woche ein Zimmer reserviert haben.
Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesucht freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Very nice hotel, with all the amenities, except for air conditioning (in the summer). The pool and relaxation area are very nice. Loved the massage chairs in the pool. Wonderful after a day of hiking. The breakfast had a vast selection of choices, even for a vegetarian.

Tout était parfait. Nous avons eu en plus un surclassement. Le personnel, l'appartement, le petit déjeuner, tout a fait que notre séjour était parfait.

It was a great stay. Receptionist was amazing giving us lots of recommendations, the room was big and spacious, the spas and swimming pools were exceptional and the brwakfast buffet very tasty and well "equiped". The hotel lend us walking sticks for our hike which was an absolute bonus.
