The spa itself is amazing and super relaxing but the rooms need to be upgraded.
Overall, I felt that the service was negligible or non existent. I also felt at times this was due to the fact that I don’t speak German and also that I don’t look like 95% of the other guests.
The dinner at the restaurant could also be better.

We take your comments regarding the condition of the rooms very seriously. Our rooms are being modernized in stages to minimize disruption to our ongoing guest operations. Regardless, we place great importance on cleanliness and impeccable condition – which makes it all the more regrettable that we were unable to make a better impression.
We are particularly concerned by your account that you did not feel welcome due to your background. Treating all guests with respect and appreciation is a matter of course for us. Our team is internationally diverse, and an open and tolerant atmosphere is a core element of our company culture. We are therefore all the more sorry that we were unable to convey this feeling to you during your stay.
We take the incident you described in the restaurant very seriously. If our employee used inappropriate language, we sincerely regret this and apologize for this unacceptable approach. We will, of course, thoroughly investigate this matter internally.
