hôtel restaurant sympathiques chambre limitée en espace, accueil top. Notre séjour était le 4eme dans cet établissement et nos y reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se représente.

We always stay in Hotel Bordeaux when travelling to and from Spain. Our car is safe in a locked garage, The hotel location is close to the Donjon in the centre of Pons with it's beautiful gardens and fountains, high above and well away from the river .
We never tire of having an evening walk after a superb dinner in the hotel restaurant.

This hotel needs to improve its rooms , reception and bar , and exterior . What sells us is the excellent meals , some capital needs to be used to improve the building , outside and inside. Service is excellent but the building and rooms need significant improving . Hopefully these latter aspects will be improved. Its position in Pons is perfect for a lot of potential long distance travellers , beautiful town as well .

a lovely hotel, basic but clean functional rooms, very good wifi, and a REALLY OUTSTANDING restaurant
