OK, we were close to have to pay the bill twice! The room was paid to Booking.com when we made the booking but the reception lady was asking for a second one. Later that evening Mrs Blömer was making a correction and we got a credit. Mrs Blömer was showing a very good customer service and was handling our problem very proffesional. Thanks to her!!!!! When we arrived we were informing that we had to leave about 4 o'clock in the morning and we couldn't use the breakfast we had paid for. No problem we were told. We will make a lunchbox and have it ready for you on the reception desk in time, we were told. WE DID NOT GET ANY BOX OR FOOD!!!!!!!!

Tolles familiär geführtes Hotel. Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Sehr schöner, gemütlicher Frühstücksraum. Große leckere Auswahl beim Frühstück. Alles war bestens, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
