Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das eizige war eben, dass es nicht so klar auf dem Hotelportal war, ob das Früstück inklusive war. Das haben Sie aber zu unserer Zufriedenheit beim Checkout erklärt. Vielen dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Gutes inhabergeführtes Familienhotel mit persönlicher Note. Hotelbar war trotz Ausbuchung leider geschlossen.

Average stay.

We've arrived around 12:30pm ans we don't understand why the lady she welcomed us at the reception when we've arrived from a long journey flying and driving till Garmisch she has that rough attitude, no hello, no welcome, no nice smile.

First words we've heard from her was, YOUR NAME? YOU ARE EARLY HERE, YOUR ROOM PROBABLY IS NOT READY. we didn't feel welcome at all. Plus from the moment she saw my poor 11 years calm old dog she start saying we have other guest in the hotel with a dog and the dog is barking and bothering other guest, she made us feel not welcome at all to the hotel from the first moment. She has to learn how to speak and welcome the hotel guest and respect other guest privacy. Is not our business other guest experiences.

The lady working at reception during the afternoon shift, she's so friendly and warm and she made us feel so comfortable all the time. thank you for being nice to us in this special days of Christmas we've felt so welcome with your kindness.

At the breakfast we arrived and we had no table available, the lady working at the breakfast she was nice to us but we don't speak German so we didn't understand fully what she was saying in German/English mixed up. There were a free tables but she said they were reserved for other guests. We had the booking with breakfast so we didn't understand why we have to book a table in advance to can have breakfast. I've never experienced this in any other hotel worldwide. We had to set in a table that is for two guests. We were 3 guests. Was quite uncomfortable experience.

It was excellent over all, the sauna was great as well. I would stay there anytime again

WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN IF WE RETURN TO GARMISCH. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
