The staff were very friendly,polite and extremely professional.Due to being put opposite the elevator the first night and near the door where the workmen were passing through very early in the morning, just at a the mention of it, they upgraded us to another room. Yes, it would have been good to know that they are renovating a wing of the hotel, but all in all, it was a positive experience and we will go back again.

fijn hotel; soms is personeel iets wat routinematig en wat reactief.
jonge zoon van eigenaren is enthousiast en is betrokken. geeft de gast een goed gast gevoel; is proactief op behoeften en dat waardeer je als gast. ook de ontbijtdame is een schat, die je vrolijk stemt als je aanschuift.

We were well taken care of. Friendly serviceminded staff. No problem with regards to our gluten intollerant daughter. Clean hotel with nice facilities. Would defeninately return for next stay in Garmisch.
