We had a slight issue with the first room, and without hesitation same was changed.

Pěkný hotel s výhledem, slabší obsluha, neavizovali bydlení přes ulici, pěkná restaurace. Dobrá poloha u silnice a dostupné centrum.

Angenehme Atmosphäre in einem familiengeführten Hotel.
Man merkt, dass das Hotel sukzessive renoviert wurde. Aber insgesamt ist die Ausstattung schon „ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen“.

Freundlicher Empfang, ein sauberes Zimmer. Da wir früh abgereist sind, haben wir ein Lunchpaket gepackt bekommen. Ein schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Gerne wieder

nádherná lokalita, krásný výhled na okolní hory
luxusní wellness v ceně
vstřícný personál - poradí s dojezdem do města, s parkováním u lyžařského areálu
možnost koupit skipassy na recepci
čisté velké pokoje s balkonem

It is a very nice hotel. The spa area is very very good. The staff is friendly and helpful.
The only thing that is lacking is an underground parking (useful in winter).
