We had a relaxing time when the pools were free of screaming infants. As the majority of guests book a spa resort to unwind from work and their own children, there should be designated areas which are children free. The same applies to the dining-room which should be divided into sections, one being for families with children under 12. It was sometimes impossible to conduct a conversation due to the screaming or whining of children sitting nearby.
