the hotel side was top class.
the restaurant waiting and bar staff need to up their game. I have years of hospitality experience, as a provider and a customer, so I recommend that the Maitre de leads positive behaviour, by example.
also, it would be better if a 'polite' notice was placed on the bar (Hotel side) asking customers to to the other side to order drinks.
