We had a wonderful room that made us feel like we're a king and a queen.

The hotel is clearly very tired in its decor, especially in the upstairs corridor and lift. The room was clean but again very tired in decor. Staff at the reception was surely and not friendly or helpful. In the morning the housekeeping staff had laid all the clean bedding etc over the entire landing. Very unprofessional. Are they not provided with trolleys? It was not a very enjoyable experience staying, nor could I recommend this hotel to another person.

Beautiful and stylish Hotel.We were only staying for one night but had our evening meal in the restaurant and it was excellent.The service was brilliant also with very pleasant young girls serving.We hope to stay sometime again and shall certainly recommend it to any friends needing a hotel in Inverness.

During our stay, the fire alarm went off three times in the middle of the night. While I am comforted that the hotel's system will detect any hint of fire immediately, it really put a damper on our activities we had planned for the next day since we were all exhausted. A review of the system and how it operates might be in order.

It was a great visit. Only thing we were not impressed with was time we had to wait for service. Once food
Arrived it was okay. As we had a cheap itison it was fine for price we paid.
