Very comfortable and relaxing though the first night we requested another room as my husband had difficulty with the stairs and the lift did not go that high .
Would certainly recommend this hotel

Nice hotel and location rooms could be doing with an upgrade.found staff were not the friendliest.

Very good quality twin room with bath and shower. Check-in was not very welcoming, possibly because we arrived at a very busy time. Breakfast seemed very chaotic and impersonal but the food was very good. Overall, one of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in but let down by a rather unwelcoming atmosphere.

Found my stay here restful and relaxing. Staff were helpful ensuring a comfortable stay.

overall was a great experience ,nice hotel in a great central location, staff very helpfull. only gripe is limited on site car parking although i managed to get a slot. parking bays are extremely narrow.

This is a great value hotel .We have been quite a few times now and will be returning again. Friendliness and cleanliness are exceptional .The meals are of a very high standard and worth every penny and the early menu is great value . Elaine the dinning room manager makes you feel so welcome and has a lovely manner she is a great asset to the hotel .my husband and I usually come with my sister and her husband and she has the same opinion as me that the Royal Highland Hotel is excellent for a break away .
