Very enjoyable stay. The room was excellent. The buffet breakfast could be better as the eggs were cold and found it difficult to explain this to girl clearing take as she did not speak very good English

very nice hotel, but on arrival did not like being asked for my credit card to be swiped, I do not own one and this was embarrassing as thrre was a queue behind me, I was not informed of this requirement before I arrived! It was not easy trying to understand the receptionist due to her accent, although it was not her fault that she insisted on seeing a card I do not posess. The prices of drink is very expensive, more people would stay in the hotel if this was cheaper. Meals are also a bit on the expensive side also

have stayed here on numerous occasions and have always been very pleased however the room we had this time was above the restaurant where a charity ball was being held and was very noisy .

Hotel is good. The big let down is the restaurant, food is really tasteless. You should really look into it. I have another 2 nights booked but I won't order any more dinners in the restaurant.
