Was extremely upset with the attitude of the bar manager and did report this to hotel manager.

We enjoyed our stay breakfast was really good lots of choice and the lady that greeted us was really nice and welcoming. We had tea in the ash restaurant we had fillet steak it was really good.

Reception were not the most helpful. Parking was not properly explained so had to sit with hazards on outside hotel then park at nearby car park. Also took my CC so I could add extras to my room in the bar but not done properly so had to be done again which was slightly embarrassing.

Staff were excellent. Food was also good. Only problem was lack of parking although there were commercial car parks nearby.

Well placed for the station and comfortable/generously sized room. Overall good value
