We can't say enough about our overall experience. it's a beatiful hotel, and oasis of tranquiltiy and civility and beauty. In part, this is the building and details themselves, but the the helpful, professional, kind, and thoughtful attention of the staff, Camilla in particular, is optimal. She is a paragon of thoughtfulness, attentiveness, and knowledge. There's more the rooftop access is a wonderful plus, the views sublime. All of this would be lovely but if staff are less kind, staying at hotels, even lovely ones, can be sub-par. This is not the case with Camilla and the staff at Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel. It was such a wonderful experience, we look forward to returning.

We absolutely loved the hotel and wish we had booked for more than 2 nights. The loft room was huge and contemporary, but located in a gorgeous 500-year-old (I think) building so had many special touches such as the windows and ceiling. The staff were very friendly and very helpful, and the location could not have been more convenient. Our only issue was that our 9-year-old loved it so much she preferred it to sightseeing and kept asking when we could go back to the room!

Il nostro soggiorno in hotel e' stato piacevolissimo e molto confortevole, l' ospitalita' molto efficiente e insieme familiare, pronta a soddisfare le nostre esigenze e richieste con cura e garbo. Il personale all' accoglienza, Licia Gennaro e Camilla, sempre gentilissimi e disponibili con attenzione e sollecitudine alle nostre necessita'. L' ambiente molto curato, la suite che abbiamo occupato ampia e comoda, la colazione ricca e varia , servita con cura da Giovanni, sempre sollecito e sorridente con tutti i clienti. Ottima esperienza quindi, che speriamo di poter ripetere!

We had an excellent stay at the Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel! All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. They provided the personalized experience of a smaller hotel with all the benefits and amenities that come with a larger hotel. The rooftop patio was also an incredible space!

L’hôtel est exceptionnel en plein centre historique
Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables
Le personnel très disponible et attachant très attentionné
Nous avons pu aussi profiter de la terrasse avec une vue sur Naples incroyable
