Your service was impeccable, thank you especially Gennaro for your help. Room was quiet and the rooftop spectacular. A few issues with room - the shower was a little difficult to figure out for example and seemed a little flimsy, the sofas in the room a little uncomfortable, but location and service were very good, thank you.
We are very glad to know you were satisfied by the service and by our facilities.
