The whole staff has been very helpful and friendly, always ready to help. The hotel location was difficult to find, especially at night. A small electric panel could solve this problem.

Very warm and kind welcome, amazing room, very good service. Only point of negativity is the choice and state of furniture (Kartell plexiglass is awfull ! and sofa in bad state...!)

We had a great stay at the Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel! The hotel is located in the historic center of Naples and the major tourist attractions are at walking distance. The hotel consists of two floors in the historic Palazzo Tufarelli, which are wonderfully turned into a modern hotel while preserving the many historic elements from the 17th century. We had a very nice, comfortable room with a good bed, two seats and a separate desk and a nice bathroom with separate shower and all the amenities one needs. We enjoyed breakfast in a beautiful room with a beautifully decorated historic ceiling. The staff of the hotel is outstanding! The helped us in making reservations for restaurants and taxis, and answered all our questions. They really made our stay to an unforgettable experience!
