Molto positivo. E' un vero e proprio boutique hotel in zona molto centrale. La zona ha pregi e difetti (immenso pregio: la presenza di capolavori di architettura civile e religiosa / difetti: rumore e sporcizia all'esterno), motivo per il quale si apprezza ancor di più l'"oasi" rappresentata dal Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel. Particolare nota di merito: la grazia e la cortesia delle ragazze in Reception, in particolare Martina - con cui abbiamo interagito di più - ma anche della ragazza con capelli ricci e occhiali - di cui non ricordo il nome - con cui si alternava. Entrambe fiore all'occhiello della struttura.

Incredible experience, especially Licia and Martina. Thank you for all your kindness and help! The hotel is very charming, especially the rooftop terrace. And we loved our room and the bathroom. Very spacious!

Das Santa Chiara ist eine Wohlfühl-Oase inmitten der pulsierenden Innenstadt von Neapel. Alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren außerordentlich nett und zuvorkommend. Das hat bei der Unterstützung bei der Anreise mit dem Auto (das ist nicht ganz einfach} begonnen und war bis zur Abreise so. Die Zimmer waren sehr neu gemacht und sehr angenehm klimatisiert. So machten wir erholsame Zwischenstopps, während wir die heiße Stadt erkundeten. Ein Highlight war, dass jedesmal, wenn wir ins Zimmer kamen der Roomservice alles frisch gemacht hat und frisches Wasser am Zimmer war. Das Frühstück war klein, aber sehr fein! Wir hatten regionalen Schinken, Käse, Salami, frisches Obst und Gemüse, Müsli, Frische Säfte und jede Menge Kuchen in allen Varationen. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist eine Echte Augenweide! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
