Really nice hotel, clean and helpfull !
Gennaro was super nice with us, we loved our stay at Santa Chiara hotel.

Very enjoyable, staff was very helpful and kind. Helped with directions and special requests. Location is ideal if you want to explore the historic center on foot. Central station is 24 minutes on foot.
Rooftop bar was cozy and had amazing views, Complementary water is a very neat offer. The room was surprisingly quiet throughout the day and at night. The walls are certainly thick, so we did not hear any noise from adjacent rooms. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Molto positivo. E' un vero e proprio boutique hotel in zona molto centrale. La zona ha pregi e difetti (immenso pregio: la presenza di capolavori di architettura civile e religiosa / difetti: rumore e sporcizia all'esterno), motivo per il quale si apprezza ancor di più l'"oasi" rappresentata dal Santa Chiara Boutique Hotel. Particolare nota di merito: la grazia e la cortesia delle ragazze in Reception, in particolare Martina - con cui abbiamo interagito di più - ma anche della ragazza con capelli ricci e occhiali - di cui non ricordo il nome - con cui si alternava. Entrambe fiore all'occhiello della struttura.

Incredible experience, especially Licia and Martina. Thank you for all your kindness and help! The hotel is very charming, especially the rooftop terrace. And we loved our room and the bathroom. Very spacious!
