Wonderful staff, friendly people and exceptionally clean. Great location in Positano to walk to everything. Would highly recommend.

cute room and great location. the elevator was quite an experience for my kids because its an old style but it was ok .

Dry charming stay in a quiet environment with dedicated staff. The cherry on the cake : the fabulous roof top with a quit view over Napoli

We loved our stay at Santa Chiara! The location is in the middle of the bustling old section of Naples, but the rooms are very quiet. Off-site parking is very convenient even though the hotel itself is the walking district. The hotel has a large rooftop deck with incredible views of the city and bar and lots of comfortable seating.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the roof deck overlooking Naples and we spent a lot of time up there.

Our room was absolutely perfect for a family to relax and have plenty of space.

Do not be scared of the graffiti when you walk up the street in front of the hotel. The hotel is very nice and safe. The neighborhood is good, there is just a lot of graffiti.

Nice boutique hotel in good location. Really nice room with exposed beams and character. Only negative is the stairwell (inside room) was narrow and difficult to climb if carrying luggage.
